A Galvan account and wallet are REQUIRED in order to be eligible for rewards.
Proof of Gym Attendance Submission:
Submit photos showing proof of your gym activity. This can include photos at the gym, using equipment, or attending classes. This form is required to stay eligible for your IZE rewards. Each photo requires a separate submission.
Only 1 submission per day will be counted.
Common memberships require 8 submissions per month.
Epic memberships require 12 submissions per month.
Legendary memberships require 15 submissions per month.
Proof of Gym Membership Submission:
Upload a PDF or image showing proof of your gym membership purchase. Monthly memberships require proof to be submitted each month. Annual memberships only require a one-time proof each year.
