When you purchase a membership tier, you can earn IZE tokens each month by completing Wellness Visits and submitting simple proof that you participated. Your rewards are stored securely in your Galvan wallet and are deposited each month you qualify.

Each membership has a different duration and monthly requirement:

Common – Valid 1 year, requires 4 Wellness Visit submissions per month
Epic – Valid 1 year, requires 6 Wellness Visit submissions per month
Legendary – Valid 1 year, requires 8 Wellness Visit submissions per month
